Stay single?

Sign up for cryonics insurance while you're young (it costs less that way).

To be healthier and doesn't cost a lot of money?

Hm... Let me see..

to exercise - you do not need much money to run in the nearest park for example.

to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables - you may change your diet so it to healthy and not to cost much.

not to drink - of you drink and stop it, you will do a healthy thing for free + you will save some money

not to smoke - costs no money.

Get out of debt, work less, exercise outside in the sunshine, expose yourself to a colony of hook worms.

Let me see again...

Antistres therapy - you can do antistres therapy by yourself. You need from 5 to 65 minutes a day depending of how much you are stressed

Fasting is easy and a real money saver.

Maintain movement over the entire day, sitting for hours on an end is a real killer, within 60 seconds of standing you have a different set of enzymes in the blood.

Sleep in a cold room.

Hot and cold showers as you mentioned.

Yoga/meditation.

These things are free, save money and likely do a lot more than any costly supplement.

DO: Drink enough water (hot water if you can), go to bed early and some workout.

DON'T: Stay away from alcohol and cigarettes.

Every once in a while, get up and get your pulse going. I have a skip rope at home and a few times a day I get up and do 100 skips. It's not terribly strenuous, but it gets my pulse working. There are a bunch of other things you could do. Sometimes I do a sun salutation (yoga) instead to activate the body.

Also, meditation is awesome. I do 30 or 45 minutes a day and it's wonderful and very good for you.

A bit more controversial, but replacing your meals with soylent (soylent.me) could save you money depending on how much you spend on food, and chances are it's more healthy than what you're eating now. At least replace those "I'll have a microwave pizza because I can't be bothered to cook" meals.

Also, learn a foreign language. With all the free online resources today, it doesn't have to cose anything, and bilingualism protects against Alzheimer's.

Run. Run until you can run no more and then pass out on your bed. Best nights sleep I've ever had and I woke up with tons of energy the next day. Just don't let yourself get dehydrated or you'll have to recuperate from it. Changing up your running habbits are a good idea too.

Is running until exhaustion really a good advice? I doubt it.
