Hi,

I am looking into purchasing these two substances to help me with anxiety, mental clarity/energy (reduce brain chatter) and focus.

I am worried as I have heard that they affect the dopamine levels in the brain - thus producing dependance / when you stop you feel like shit as you plummet to well below your baseline.

Would taking one of these per week be okay and would the effects last long enough - I.e every monday = 1x Phenibut + 1x sulbutamine

Then throughout the rest of the week take - tyrosine and theanine to balance out whats going on. Both naturally boost dopamine?

Also what about picamilon/ Bacopa? also messes with dopamine?

I feel i need something a little stronger than the racetams, I think after i finish on them I won't be going back, the cost is seriously outweighed by the effects. It is not that I need enhanced IQ, just focus, my creativity does come from a wandering mind, but it seriously hinders it when you need to work. I need a relaxed confident and a clear focussed mind.

I will try these two, I just hope i can work out a safe sweet spot that can give me a noticeable mental energy, but keeps me relaxed.

A Little About me:

Currently I take Aniracetam, Oxiracetam and Noopept - I take them sporadically - I don't follow a regime and currently Im on a two week break.

From the above, I have tried numerous combinations and I find that the effects are not 'spectacular', a little disappointing coming from all the hype you read online.

If I have a high dose, noopept makes my head feel like I'm drunk with fog, aniracetam makes me sleepy - Low doses are affective, I do work a bit better but really nothing spectacular -

As for anxiety, I find it works sporadically, I find my mind flows quicker, but still feel on edge - very uneasy and feel a bit awkward.

Alcohol Is the only thing that does the trick - I have heard than Phenibut give you the relaxed confidence and removes inhibitions without feeling drunk - Sulbutamine acts a bit like cocaine for the brain, stimulating it - this is my conclusion after dredging through forums.

My degree requires 3x days a week solo work on creative tasks that can last weeks-months. The racetams don't seem to help me at all with this, make my brain more fluid in conversation, I don't hesitate to think anymore - But doesn't help in solo work. I would rather take Racetams If i am going to do social tasks things rather than work.

Modafinil hasn't helped in this aspect, I find I'm tired for about 4 hours after taking modafinil I can even sleep during this time - Then my mind is having multiple conversations at one / super chatty - but i become very introverted, a bit aggressive and have insomnia. The day after I have serious toilet trouble !!

Currently I take Daily :

B Vitamins,

Vitamin D

Multivitamin

Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc

Tyrosine

+ Sporadic aniracetam and oxiracetam and noopept when I want to work.

Added to this will be Phenibut 1x week in afternoon

sulbutamine 1x a week in morning

Possible daily bacopa
