Hi all, I've been a reader of this forum for quite a while but have only just signed up. I've tried to read as many threads as I can on this subject, but would like some personal advice if anyone gets the time.

I'm 26 and have had PE for a few years now, I belive it has been caused by partying (taking ecstasy) and using a lot of pre-workout supplements (which are loaded with caffiene and other nasty stuff). I'm not 100% sure these are the cause, but I can never remember having PE before I stared taking both these things. I quit both of these things about 6 months ago, but I still have PE.

I read a thread on another forum about a guy who had a similar situaton to me, he used ecstasy and developed PE, but cured it by taking Melatonin at night before bed. This lowered his norepinephrine (confirmed via tests). I decided to give that a go, and for the past 5 weeks I've been taking Vitamin B6 and 5HTP, and then Melatonin before bed. What I've noticed is that my libido and erections have been fantastic since taking these supplements AND I've noticed improvements with PE - nothing major, but it definitely feels easier to 'control', I'm not shooting straight to the PONR within 5 seconds like I used to. So I wasn't cured, but the most improved in years.

However, for as long as I can remember I've had really low energy, especially in the afternoons. I went to see a naturopath about this and she told me it sounds like my adrenal glands are not performing right, most likely due to taking all the stimulants I used to take. She suggesteded I need to 'feed' my adrenals (with herbs or minerals). So from her advice I started taking Rhodiola, and my energy was amazing! However, within a few days my erection quality and libido dropped dramatically, and my PE bacame worse again. I stopped taking the Rhodiola and my EQ and libido returned to normal. My naturopath then suggested taking Himalayan salt in water first thing in the morning for my adrenal glands, it sounds weird - but it worked, my energy skyrocketed again, BUT my libido/EQ/PE all suffered again.

I'm not an expert on neurotransmitters, but does this sound like my adrenals are producing high amounts of norepinephrine when I 'feed' them? which is then causing bad PE and low erection quality? Or can anyone shed some light on what might be happening? It seems that I can't get a right balance of normal energy, normal erection and no PE. Ultimately the first thing I want to fix is my PE.

Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this.
Hopefully I've put this in the right section! :)

And just want to add, I'm getting some tests done (neurotransmitter test, metabolic profile test), it's just that they're expensive in Australia so I have to wait a couple of weeks. I thought I'd ask on here first

Have you had your thyroid checked. I had similar and just thought it was old age. My doc put me on thyroxine. And after a couple of weeks I no longer feel tired during the day.

Stop drinking coffee. Seriously, it makes a big difference ;)

If that doesn't work try roughly three grams of nicain a day for a month.

Do you mean that you should quit coffee for real or just not drink before you perform?

Hydergine, pergolide, nicergoline. Other lysergides and lysergimides as well have extreme aphrodisiac and sexual effects.

Essentially any of the ergot alkloid nootropics will dramaticly increase your sexual endurance, stamina, performance and for some males will leave you with permanent to semi permanent multiorgasmic and multiejaculatory responses.

These really change your prolactin cycle after orgasm. I found that after my first months use of hydergine, my libido had skyrocketed, and after an orgasm I would stay just as hard, if not hader then before and be able to maintain the erection to several more orgasms. I don't know if hydergine will effect everyone this way or if it works espescially good with my physiology, but some of the ergot alkloids have been specificly developed to help with problems you are experiencing.

Be careful, libido and sexual pleasure and performance will skyrocket. I'm no longer satisfied after just one orgasm, I always need to have two, I can sustain full sexual performance for literally days and having full orgasm control and being multiorgasmic will wear your partner/opponent out, way before your even satisfied. Don't be surprised if you're having sex for 4-7 hours a day.

You would need to stop drinking it entirely and preferably stop all caffeine products. Large doses of niacin can also be very helpful for some people. Best way it to try it for a month the and see.

@ OP - yes excessive norepinephrine can contribute to P.E - as can high histamine levels and / or high glutamate levels.

Read about low and high histamine imbalances --> http://area1255.blog...t=1408892625677

branks, what amount of hydergine where you taking and how often was it?  Did you also took any other supplement or medicine?

In this thread, yes. Honestly this whole forum is ridiculous, trying to achieve immortality?! Wtf. I'm here for the insights into favorably altering neurochemistry.

Well here are some thoughts:

1. The best fix for PE, is you take yourself close the point of orgasm then stop. With this start / stop, you  turn masturbation / sex into (very frustrating) 10,20,30+ minute sessions. Over the course of months, there will be much less starting and stopping as your endurance builds.

2. The best fix for libido and ED conflicts with #1, but it is to not masturbate nearly is much or to stop doing it. See Your brain on porn.
