Like a lot of people my interest in antiaging, the singularity, transhumanism and Biohacking began with watching documentary films on the subject... Most are free to watch on Youtube or Vimeo. Here's some that I've enjoyed, the best source of documentaries I've been able to find is TopDocumentaryFilms.com, they seem to have working links for most.
For beginners, there are a few good documentaries, albeit a bit outdated, about anti-aging.
BBC Horizon's "Don't Grow Old". This one features quite an array of anti-aging topics, such as Caloric Restriction, antioxidants, resveratrol, telomerase activators (specifically TA-65), diet and lifestyle. Actually features experts like David Sinclair and Ellen Langer. I'd say perfect for novice into anti-aging.
BBC Four's "Immortal? A Horizon Guide to Ageing" (2012). Haven't actually seen this one thoroughly yet. It seems to be a mere revision to the one above.
Channel 4 Documentary's "Do You Want To Live Forever?" This documentary follows Cambridge biomedical gerontologist Aubrey de Grey. Not quite entertaining but it is great as a novice insight intoStrategies for Engineered Negligible Senescence (SENS).
These documentaries are good starter films about anti-aging that beginners should have a look.
