Does anyone know if Ascorbic Acid 2-Phosphate is absorbed orally and available as Ascorbic Acid 2-Phosphate or is it just converted into Ascorbic Acid?

I'm interested in it for it's possible ability to slow down telomere shortening and also hair growth via DKK-1 inhibition. But, I'm worried that it's just converted to Vitamin C.

Thanks.
