Hey guys,

I am seeking ways to increase focus and memory without stress/anxiety side effects. Those are two features that I simply suck at and it has always been like that. As if it was not enough, I am always tired, even after getting enough sleep. Simple tasks as reading a book or writing an assay takes me an incredible amount of time. No matter how much I study and how many different techniques I use in order to memorize something... I will eventually forget it all after a week or two.

So I have just bought a mix of Noopept (30mg) and Choline (100mg), which comes in a 100x pills bottle. I also bought 25g of pure Sulbutiamine powder. There are some stuff I need to clarify, so help will be much appreciated.

- One thing I have noted is 100mg of choline is not considered a high enough dose. Am I correct?

- What about Sulbutiamine, I have seen people talking about 250mg-500mg, is this enough?

- Still about Sulbutiamine, is this really safe? There are people talking about addiction and some depression after using it.

- Another thing is there is little info on Noopept, so Im no so sure about its power and safety (are you?). Any input on that couple questions?

- My plan is to take 2x Noopept/Choline pills a day (morning and afternoon) + 2x 250mg Sulbutiamine together with the pills. Is this a solid plan?

- How to make sure those 3 compounds will not stop working after a while?

Thanks a lot for the attention,

Rafael.

I have little experience with noopept.

I took it 20mg/day, 25 days.  So!

What i got:

- Remove brainfog.

- Increased field of view

- Nice concentration (rest of the world disappears)

- Increased orientation in space

What about memory and temporary memory - nothing changed.

(It's my subjective experience)

Did you get any withdrawal effects upon cessation?

What I read is that Sulbutiamine may be addictive, not noopept.

Anyone else? Are my doses fine?

I might be wrong but I don't think addiction should be of any concern with sulbutiamine, the thing is that tolerance builds up quickly thus limiting its potential for long term use. So you should probably add it to your stack on 2 days a week, when you need that extra focus. I would recommend you start at 200mg which seems to be the smallest effective dosage with that compound, and gently work your way up as tolerance comes along, or until you find your sweet spot.

Many people who take subultiamine complain of head pressure during the day, I found that taking aniracetam (400mg) conjointly solves that problem for me.

Provided you make a wise use of it, it is relatively very safe and you'll find a lot of user's experience if you search the forum.

I think noopept's 20mg is optimal dose. Duration curse is more important.
