for all we know, he could have just delayed age related cognitive decline by a few years, or even prevented it with his short course of isx-9 :)

Ah, I finally received my ISX-9 from TLR and will take a 50mg test dose orally. If this is OK, I will then move on to 100mg / day dosing till I run out of product (2400mg). This last month I finished up the NSI-189 I got from the first group buy arranged by ScienceGuy, dosing 40-50mg / day. Therefore, I should have plenty of neuronal stem cells ready to mature into full neurons in the hippocampi. A couple of days ago I also received my 1.1g Dihexa from DHEXA, so I will be following the sequence introduced by sk_scientific by first using ISX-9, then moving on to the dihexa. I will try to make frequent updates. This will be such an exciting couple of weeks / months  :-D

I'm not trying to con you into doing what I would have, I have a lot to circumnavigate which is preventing me from spending time doing the things that I'd really like to do.

My isx-9 only recently came back to me and as a result of it, I remembered the thread and wondered how others were getting along.

Make sense?

I was taking isx9 after 2 months on nsi. The effect of isx9 had been subtle. I took it for about a month; then I moved on to dihexa. I was, like megatrone, following sk_scientific's idea about the logical flow of MOA of each substance. Overall, I think I am benefiting from the 3 compounds in term of antidepression and energizing effects (subjectively speaking). Subjectively I 'feel' I am better cognitively, but I fail to demonstrate to myself the effect objectively; that is, I don't see any objective data that I am better (such as in dual-n-back).

Any updates? :) Have you moved to something different or have more thoughts after such a long time ?

I still have a lot of NSI left. I haven't taken it for a while. I just don't feel I need it any more. Same thing happend to my isx9. I am still taking Dihexa, but I only take it once a week or once every 2 weeks. I've just received j147 yesterday. I took 3 doses of 10mg already. I felt like it somehow sharpened my vision and mind, but it could be placebo. I will do more objective testing.

So the last post on this...  (in this thread)... was over 2.5 years ago.

The ultimate question is:  Is ISX-9 worth taking ?

-- Were there any obvious, or subtle, side effects ?

-- What were the most effective dosages ?

-- For what period should this compound be taken ?

Thanks to anyone that replies :-)

It might necessary to increase neural stem cells to improve the effectiveness of ISX-9. This may explain why hardly anyone notices a difference while consuming the compound.

If I were you folks, I would try combing c60 and NSI-189 along with Isoxazole-9 for neurogenesis.

Okay folks, I obtained Isoxazole-9 from the same vendor as you guys.

First thing to note that the nootropic isn't water soluble at all, so I decided to use DMSO which did dissolve (although it takes time to do so completely). I thought I was being smart for using a nasal sprayer with ISX-9, because its half-life is 25 minutes, so  passing the bbb as quickly possible is a reasonable course of action. This method inevitably destroyed the sprayer, due to the "grainy" nature of the powder (w/ just water) clogging the spring and the corrosiveness of the DMSO latter on.

Now I just use 125mg of Isoxazole-9 with DMSO sublingually. DMSO smells & tastes awful and somewhat burns wherever it orally comes in contact with, although, ISX-9 itself taste rather mild. I have been taking NSI-189 as I recommended plus some other nootropics to raise NSC levels.

I've been experimenting with this a over a week, while I can say I 'feel' a little bit different (much of it comes from my gut), my mental performance hasn't dramatically improved. I might increase I-9's dosage (By extension, increasing DMSO in the mix) , but I don't know how much is too much.

How much ISX-9 are you taking?  Also how much NSI-189 and C60 are you taking?  Are you noticing any differences?  I would also suggest you take cerebrolysin and do lots of HIIT!

Edit: I just saw your dosage, I would like a report back though :)  I am interested!  Checkout cerebrolysin though: https://www.scienced...115000501#f0015

Also you need to exercise too!  For brain plasticity throughout the process.  Also evaluate your diet if you want to optimize your results, I recommend fasting!

I had to stop the stack for a while because one supplement (not ISX-9) turns out to be a MAOI-A (and most of the drugs sites or the box didn't mention it) and I experienced the cheese effect. With that typed, I decided to up the dosage to 160mg two days ago. My subjective feeling is that same as before.
I use 40mg of NSI-189 per day, but once I've run out I'm going to switch to 9-me-bc. I've yet to get C60.
Thank you for your article and suggestion.
