Hi all,

I have a quick question regarding Citicoline and 5-HTP.

I currently take a 5-HTP supplement before bed to help regulate my sleep patterns. It has a few other ingredients included as well which I will list. I'm currently taking 2 servings about an hour before bed.

I was wondering if there would be any interaction from taking 250mg. of Citicoline first thing in the morning along with 200mg. of caffeine?

I've been wanting to add CDP Choline to my stack for memory support and other neurological benefits but I didn't know if the 5-HTP would be a problem due to it's ability to interacts with things like SSRIs and MAOIs.

5-HTP 200 mg (High Potency) 60 Vegetarian Capsules

Amount per Serving:

Niacin (as Niancinamide)(Vitamin B-3) 20 mg
Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg
5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) 200 mg

Glycine 100 mg

Taurine 100 mg
Inositol 100 mg
Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule)‚ Ascorbyl Palmitate‚ and Silica.

Thanks!
