Which longevity genes would you measure and why?

If you could measure any gene or mutation, or the expression of any genes from a drop of your own blood, which one would interest you from a longevity perspective and why?

 

I'll go first : I'd measure avg telomere length and SIRT1 expression.

I would determine my ApoE genotype.  (This is actually two SNP loci).  The reason I'd pick this one is because it's important to your lifespan and likelihood of getting Alzheimers, and it's actionable.  It dictates which macronutrient ratios will help or harm you, for example.  We have a couple very good threads on the topic.
