I am very interested to hear experiences from anyone taking Ascorbic Acid 2-Phosphate. There are a few threads on it, and a few people mention taking it, but I haven't yet read any experiences.

 

Why do you take it?

How much do you take?

What have you noticed?

 

I'm interested in it to slow down telomere shortening, DKK1 inhibition, and boosting collagen synthesis and perhaps osteoblasts.
