Hi all,

I'm curious to hear your opinions on the health risks that have been associated with the use of microwaves. I have been extremely busy lately and resorting to a microwave to heat my meals. I know microwaving in plastic containers has gotten a bad wrap as well but I don't know the specifics.

Thanks!

I don't sure but I think that if safe if you use the microwave to heat your meals. But I don't recommend using it to cook because cooking use higher temperature and longer time. For using it with plastic containers, it's OK but must be microwavable and don't use it if color change.
