I am wondering is there anyone on this board who has taken Piracetam for a long period of time 5+ years without stopping or cycling? If so

When you withdrew did you find your memory worse than before you started Piracetam?

Did you notice any change in your personality when you discontinued?

Did you notice any other adverse effects?

Did you take Piracatam with anything other than choline?

Did you ever get any strange feelings while on the drug?

Do you believe Piracetam to be potentially dangerous?

I took piracetam for a long time, not sure how many years, perhaps 4 to 6 without quitting except for a few days here and there. I recently quit to see if that would help my insomnia in case pir was causing it or contributing to it a lot. I noticed my memory went way down and creative thought seemed more difficult. Its impossible to say if its worse now than before I started taking it, being that a lot of time has passed. I will say it made a big difference and I plan to go back to it very soon.
