I am a 25 year old male with no health issues. No medication.

I use...

Topical tretinoin 0.05% every night ( for 3 months)

Topical C+E in the morning (for 2 moths)

Sunscreen (high PPD) daily and re applied as needed ( for 6 months)

10% Glycolic acid at night every other day (for 3 months)

All of the items listed above are applied to the face, neck and part of the chest where the neck meets.

I do not have acne or acne scar.

I do not have hyper pigmentation or other skin issues.

I have no side effects to report regarding any of the items listed other than tretinoin caused minor irritation and peeling for about one week when I started.

The main reason I use all of the above is to prevent skin aging. My goal is to use these for prevention and less so for correction.

Please let me know if this is excessive (or if you have recommendation to make in addition).

Thank you.

In addition, does anyone know anything helps improve elastin production and retention?

In addition to the above, I do derma rolling (0.5mm every 2 weeks) and was considering adding topical niacin amide (or niaicnamide analogue).

I'd drop the glycolic. Your only 25,  the Tretinoin and C serum are more than enough exfoliatioin at your age.

I'd use the 0.5mm dermaroller once every 28 days. Of course it depends on who's philosophy of rolling you subscribe to. I'm currently following the Dr. Setterfield mindset of rolling.
