What are the first substances that I should think about when cycling with Adderall?

 

I've built up a tolerance and nothing seems to work (Yes, including Mematine.)

Other than of course taking a break which I can't afford to right now.

Modafinil is probably the best stock answer.

You could cycle modafinil as mentioned, but out of curiosity, why continue taking the amphetmaine? There are plenty of stimulants, not even considering modafinil, that aren't amphetamines and provide similar effects.
