Neuropeptide S seems really interesting. It promotes wakefulness, locomotion, reduces anxiety and improves memory. This is an unusual combination of effects in a single compound. I've ordered some and will be able to test it soon. Have anyone else tested Neuropeptide S?
"It appears that the combination of increased alertness and reduced anxiety produced by NPS prepares the animals to learn much better," he said. "Memory is remarkably improved after activation of their NPS system, and the effects are long-lasting, independent of content."

The EEG effects from Neuropetide S is the most pronouced I've ever seen from any compound. Almost all spike and wave activity is gone at low frequencies (delta and theta) and power is drastically increased at high frequencies (alpha, beta, gamma). Unfortunately, I can find no reports about EEG coherence.
