Good experience with them also, anyone currently trying neuropeptide S?

No but I plan on it soon, their pitolisant is very potent.

Hi Area-1255, very interested to hear your thoughts on neuropeptide S when you try it, how do you like pitolisant, any ideas for possible uses?

Also what is the half-life, could possibly take a small dose around 5pm and get some sleep at ~10pm?

Its a good concentration aid, and synergizes with caffeine and arginine nitrate for an ultimate novel preworkout ;)

At least, that's what I use it for.

Tried their pito this week, I've noticed a couple things.

1.) Reduced appetite - DRAMATICALLLY.

2.) Racing thoughts maybe a SLIGHT decrease.

3.) A sense of focus but does not do anything good during the day, for some reason it's effects are better at night?

Might just be me.

Interesting that it decreased appetite for you.

But no persistent genital arousal?

Was sad to see appetite increase and weight gain as one of the primary adverse side effects in the latest pitolisant study:

https://www.deepdyve...tant-iQMrbVYEZf

A total of 78 patients with IH (n=65%, 78% women) and SH (n=13%, 54% women) received pitolisant 5-50 mg once per day over the course of five days to 37 months. The median (interquartile range) ESS scores of patients with IH decreased from 17 (15.5-18.5) to 14 (12-17). There were 36% responders (ESS fall of > or =3). The improvement in ESS score (-1.9±2.6) was different from 0 in IH without long sleep time (P<0.002) and in IH with a long sleep time (P<0.0001), but not in SH. Forty-four (63%) patients with IH and 12 (77%) patients with SH stopped pitolisant, mostly due to a lack of efficacy. Side-effects included gastrointestinal pain (15.4%), increased appetite and weight gain (14.1%), headache (12.8%), insomnia (11.5%), and anxiety (9%), as well as exceptional reports of depression and persistent genital arousal.

Sorry I haven't updated this, yes, kinda,  funny you say this,, well ----- It definitely increased libido on the later days to ridiculous amplitude, but no spontaneous wood other than what would be accompanied with the libido increase - nothing uncomfortable I mean.

ive also been trialing pitolisant @ 20mg dosages orally. So far so good, def feeling that familiar alertness and hyperfocus , akin to modafinils. Have also stacked it with caffeine with decent success. Insomnia doesn't seem to be an issue at all, sleep quality is unaffected.

You say Insomnia wasn't an issue, but how close were you dosing it to bedtime?

Also, the half-life would only be about 4-6 hours, maybe a little more....

I'm wondering what's going on with them lately, I placed an order a few days ago and haven't even gotten a confirmation e-mail. Do they take the day after Christmas off as well? lol

THT also appears to sell genuine Alagebrium (ALT-711) for 20% less than Iron Dragon does. Moreover, THT identifies their product as specifically being 4,5-dimethyl-3(2-oxo-phenylethyl)-thiazolium chloride, whereas Iron Dragon simply identifies their product as thiazolium chloride. Sounds like I should be sending my business to them instead of to Iron Dragon. Can anybody offer any input as to the legitimacy of the THT product?

It's legitimate, I would start ordering up - as they may be (hopefully not) start closing up shop to the little guys soon.

I'll do my best to prevent this, but there's still a little chance they will still do it...

I ordered one bottle. I was both pleasantly surprised and impressed by the free shipping—class act. Are there any valid coupon codes right now? ‘REDDIT20’ no longer appears to work.

Well, I gotta hand it to them. It’s already in the mailbox, the price was right, and that’s the prettiest goddamned bottle I’ve ever laid eyes on.

I just made an awesome discovery. That little black double-ended plastic scoop that came with the Alagebrium measures out either five or ten milligrams of PRL-8-53 perfectly. Just strike it off with the edge of a metal spatula and Bob’s your uncle. If these guys expanded their catalog, I’d buy everything from them.

I meant that if they were to expand their catalog, they would make an excellent one-stop resource. I had an absolutely outstanding transaction with New Star yesterday, however, and intend to patronize them for as long as they (or I) exist. So between NS and THT, all my bases are completely covered. The two them together have everything I use, and both provide stellar service. So I’m happier than the proverbial pig in shit.

THT is unique; as they target innovation and are very apt to release the newest chems that many others haven't yet elaborated on yet.
