Hi, I am a newbie here, but long time reader of posts.
I recently started taking a CILTEP product (Luminate) and all was good, nothing extraordinary but was sticking with it. I had also been on Natural Stacks CILTEP before that.
The other night my wife and I got into a minor argument and I became extremely angry like never before in our 14 yrs together or EVER with ANYONE, I'm a very mellow, quiet person. This both surprised and scared me (and her) as it was some stupid little argument and I exploded. I quickly came down from it but stopped taking anything in case this is due to what I was taking (i.e., some sort of exaggerated reaction to stimuli).
Because CILTEP is all I was taking, I wonder now if others out there have experienced mood swings like me? or maybe it's something completely unrelated.
