Hi,

 

I recently tried a CILTEP stack (not the one from "Natural Stack" tho, I just bought artichoke and forskolin extract).

 

While the effect was pretty good, almost as good as with modafinil, I got a huuuge crash the next day. I felt tired until the afternoon and then suddenly got a massive headache (I usually never have headaches) and just felt horrible until the evening. 

 

I wasn't taking anything else - neither days before nor the next day.

 

What might be the cause for it? Is the stack sucking up choline? Because I get mild headaches fairly fast when I take piracetam without balancing with choline.

ALCAR and/or L-phenylalanine might help, as they are common ingredients in CILTEP formulas.
