Hi any sups or suggestions to deal with hands fatigued by programing?
I am trying my best to use my left hand and will improve my desk/keyboard setup as soon as i can.
I now have spasms in my right hand even

How much potassium do you get in your diet? Other electrolytes? Maybe some gatoraide or a similar drink mix?

Are you using MouseKeys to allow yourself to click with the keyboard and thus reduce stress on the right index finger?

I will try the potassium,
and I use the mac trackpad for all mouse stuff, will try to find a program that lets me right and left click using a combination of buttons.
I will also alternated between a mouse and the trackpad

Just make sure that you read up on the safety stuff associated with Potassium. It's good for you, but if you take it wrong it might be bad for you.

I have been looking for a good supp for RSI but never found one. These things are better:
Drink plenty of water.
Eccentric exercise with progressively heavier weights. Most literature will say light weights but that is wrong. (I use 17kgs which I lower with my wrist 10x3 times).
Gua-sha massage twice a year. (if you can find somebody in town that does is)
Learn to type properly, consider buying a Dvorak and learn it.

Hand fatigue during programming is more likely due to carpal tunnel syndrome than nutrients deficiency. Wearing wrist braces at night may help, if you usually bend wrists during sleep...Potassium and magnesium will not likely help unless you have obvious deficiency, which can occur mainly by very irregular diet.
