Hey everyone, quick post. I've been experimenting with GPC and CDP as choline sources and neither one seems to work for me. Basically, I just get depressed, have negative thoughts, and become irritable for about 1 day. The dose doesn't seem to make a difference nor the length of time before each use. I was experimenting with GPC first then switched to CDP, both were used alongside aniracetam. I would take every couple-few days to prevent racetam related headaches. Aniracetam did wonders for my mood and anxiety but as soon as I took GPC or CDP my mood plummeted and anxiety returned and was if the aniracetam didn’t work at all. So that was disappointing, but its not the first time I've heard these two choline sources having these effects on people. So my question, is there a better source of choline I can use with a racetam that won't screw up my mood? I was looking at Centrophenoxine but still have very mixed opinions and feelings on using it.
