I can't seem to find any good answers on this. What I know is that Piracetam and CDP Choline are water soluble, so they could be taken on an empty stomach and Alpha GPC is fat soluble so it should be taken with food. However, just because CDP and Piracetam could be taken on an empty stomach doesn't necessarily mean it will be more effective. So my question is just that, what’s the most effective way to take Piracetam and CDP Choline, empty stomach? or with a meal?

I should also add. If you drank a beer or had an alcoholic drink and took some CDP Choline an hour later will that have any negative effect on the absorption of the CDP Choline?

I haven't started taking these, but I will be taking both sublingually. I was hoping someone would chime in here. Replying to bump your thread.
