Hoping that maybe, just maybe someone has heard of this happening before, or has just has some insight. The quick breakdown is that no matter which supplement I take, if it consists of any type of blood thinning property, my feet will get extremely cold. Hands seems to be fine, so its just the feet. This happens with aspirin, fish oil, ginkgo, gotu kola, etc. I'm still a newbie to all this so please go easy on me, lol. Also noticed that some blood thinning supplements will aggravate my GERD/Acid Reflux as well, which I have just recently manage to bring under control. Have also noticed this happening with Rhodiola now as well, though I am not 100% sure on that as I have been also drinking a flaxseed milk and have not been able to pinpoint whether its the Rhodiola or the flaxseed.

My blood work shows being B12 and Vit. D. deficient, and am currently taking 1000mcg of sublingual B12 each night and 1000iu of D3 with 400mg of Mag. Citrate in the morning, and sometimes another 400mg at night if not able to sleep. Right now I do not take too many supplements as I am trying to work on pinpointing the correct supplements that help with motivation without causing issues. For example, Ginkgo had been great for motivation, but causes the other issues mentioned above. And it seems to be the same case with Rhodiola. Parsley caps do wonders with my motivation, however the effects seem to wither away after about 2-3 hours, and not work anymore after about 3 days. Pretty much the same issues I was having with EGCG a long time ago. That however could be due to a depletion of something else. Doctor says blood sugar looks fine though. Recently had a stress test done as well and there were no issues there either, except when my GERD kicked in during the last 2 min on the treadmill.

At a total loss as to what this could be so any help would be greatly appreciated. Could it be that I am deficient in something else that is not being picked up in their blood work?
