Can Uridine decrease amphetamine tolerance if taken together?
It is said to upregulate dopamine receptors. And if so, by that logic, then can Phenylpiracetam and CDP Choline do the same?

I'd like to know about this as well. I have high dopamine (took selegiline under rx for years) and am wondering if it's safe to try uridine.

I feel absolutely nothing from increasing uridine levels...

No. Uridine promotes a "potassium-evoked dopamine release," a primarily presynaptic mechanism. It works by downregulating autoreceptor activity (presynaptic receptors which reduce and modulate NT release). But in the case of amphetamine abuse, a gross downregulation is already the status quo on both the presynaptic and postsynaptic sites. That's why we actually see better results from glutamate (memantine) or dopamine antagonists
