I have been reading allot about agonist and antagonisten. But couldn't find the answer to

my questions. So I hope some people studing these subjects on school or for work could

answer this fairly easy questions.

 

What is the longest lifetime of agonist and antagonist (days) ? And how does the longest working
antagonist/agonist are called.
