Forum won't let me even view threads regarding N S I - 1 8 9

I accidentally posted a thread 3 times because I thought it was not posting. After I hit submit, it took me to this page I have in the attached screenshot. If I navigate to the general NSI discussion, its the same error as well. Now I can not even view the threads I created. I also can not figure out how to delete them. Whats odd is I was able to view my threads once and edit them, but after editing I am locked out by this error. Sorry for the triple post, hope this gets resolved.

its a bug, we are working on it. meanwhile avoid using that word as a tag for topics.
