Does anyone know wether P5P is stronger than normal B6?

I am trying to find out how much P5P you can take per day without risking any side effects.

For example if the daily allowance for B6 is 50mg then how does this transfer to P5P?

Since P5P is activated B6 does this mean that the allowed dosage is smaller? But how small?

What happens for example if I use a B complex which already contains a high amount of B6 and then I add 25mg P5P?

What sucks is that I found a B complex formula which I am comfortable which cause it's not mega high dosed like other brands

but it only has normal B6 and not P5P. But I want P5P. Now I don't know if I could add P5P or if this would be too much then.
