Instead of oversupplying your brain with supplements it doesn't need, I am coming up with an alternative method, supplying your brain with supplements it does need, while adding one of the most basic nootropic combinations for that extra focus and concentration... The L-Theanine+Caffeine combination has been used in many studies, and the results are phenomenally consistent..

In addition to the L-Theanine+Caffeine combination, i'll be adding one of nature(s) own Super Vitamins known as Hawaiian Spirulina. This super doper natural product is not only known for containing a list of amazing vitamins including Folic Acid, Vitamin B's, Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Magnesium, etc.. It is also known to carry the essential amino acids Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophane, and Valine. It also includes the non-essential amino acids Alanine, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Cystine, Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Histidine, Proline, Serine, and Tyrosine. Hawaiian Spirulina is also a natural detoxifier, so it helps eliminate heavy metals from the body that could otherwise cause harmful effects on your memory, and overall cognition...

In addition to that, we will add an additional supply of VItamin B12 since Spirulina is not a good source of vitamin B12. Everything else other than vitamin b12 Spirulina does a fantastic job at supplying.

To top it all off, we will be adding an additional supply of encapsulated Avocado Oil supplement (Soft Gel).. Avocado Oil is a monounsaturated fat (good fat) that helps increase oxygen levels to your brain... About 20% of Oxygen you breath in goes directly to your gray matter, but most of us don't get the full benefit of the Avocado because it is low in our diets. Avocado not only helps the blood supply to the brain, but they are also rich in the fatty acid known as oleic acid which helps to build the coating of insulation called myelin found in the white matter of the brain. This allows the brain to process information at faster speeds...So with the avocado we're not only directly delivering the extra insulation needed for studying, but we are also helping the brain by allowing it to have more myelin.

In summary, we are providing the brain with all its essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals-- including the listed amino acids to support brain functioning while allowing more oxygen levels to reach the brain for better mental performance... With the combination of L-Theanine+Caffeine, this offers that crystal clear focus and concentration without oversupplying the mind with other nootropics that counteract the brains natural growing process. Furthermore, we are not trying to manipulate the mind by supplying it with lowly documented chemicals and nootropic supplements that it tends not to react well to, but we instead are supplying it with the providing nutrients, and amino acids that help support its functioning, as well as increasing our focus and concentration with the L-Theanine+Caffeine combination. As a result, we should not only expect a clear head, lack of mental fatigue and a better memory... but we'll also be getting that extra focus needed for mentally demanding academic task....

This supplement stack is only a quick glimpse at what i'm trying to accomplish..Some ingredients might be added, or changed depending on the provided research...

I'm also looking for catchy names to call this stack, if you creative geniuses want to help me out here that'll be great!

Best of Luck,
