There are various supplements such as vitamin C, glutathione, lactoferrin, and perhaps ursolic acid that I'd like to prepare in a liposomal form using the "state-of-the-art" ultrasonic cleaner method.

However, I'm part of the lucky group that finds excessive choline intake rather unpleasant. If I go beyond a few hundred mg a day, I get jaw, neck, and upper back tension as well as a sort of deep existential despair that prompts me to make really whiny posts. The high content of choline in lecithin will probably prove to be a problem for those of us who are sensitive to it and want to take therapeutic doses of liposomal formulations.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to make liposomal encapsulations without the PC? Or, barring that, is there some effective way to increase choline metabolism / breakdown? Tried piracetam, didn't seem to help much.
