Hi.

 

If one uses a lot of supplements (mostly herbs etc for memory improvement) in a 1-2 monthly period, what should one do in order to avoid health trouble?

 

Taking supplements that is beneficial to the liver is probably smart, such as for instance milk thistle. 

 

What more should one do?
