So I have bpd but also adhd it seems.
It is based on my thought patterns, pretty much i jump topics quickly and I failed at school despite being smart.
I have trouble focusing my interest though and wondering if that's a symptom of adhd?
I did not continue with software engineering because it was stressful despite me being able to understand the material easily.
I am on risperidone because it straightens me out a bit but I think some vyvanse or Ritalin will get me through uni. I am 30 with nothing on paper but I have a good mind for research.
I have done focus meditation for 80 mins but that was on 2 or 3mg risperidone.
Will a low dose of dex without risperisone calm my mind?
I was always disruptive in class. My drug of choice was speed.
