Can urdine induce depression in a similar way to what some people experience after choline supplementation? I started wondering this after reading that CDP choline breaks down into both choline and urdine.

I also have a secondary question: Is choline supplementation a necessary component of the urdine + DHA stack? Does the stack become less effective without a choline supplement?

Thanks!
