A healthy nose shouldn't be stuffed up. You probably either have allergies or an infection. You should treat the cause, which means first you need a diagnosis. Your doctor would be the best person to ask for this.
There are Over-The-Counter meds like oxymetazoline / Afrin nasal spray. Do NOT use these longer than three days in a row. It's very easy to get addicted, and hard to get free of it. Safer possibilities are saline rinses, steam, or OTC antihistamines, oral decongestants, or combinations of these. If you find yourself needing symptomatic treatment longer than a few days, then you haven't taken care of the cause of the problem. If you have a long-standing sinus infection, it may take a large dose of antibiotics for an extended period to clear it out. Corticosteroids might also be needed. If the cause is something simple, a general practitioner may be fine, but if it's complicated or of long duration, then you may need to see an allergist or ENT specialist.

just blow your nose and you should feel it readjust itself. I use the same technique with my lungs I just breath hard and deep and fast and it fixes it self.
