I have been having an issue like many others of feeling like I'm spaced out whenever I take any racetam (excluding aniracetam, never have taken) that includes Piracetam, oxiracetam, and noopept.
I take along with a 1.6 gram dos of piracetam [Still using the same bag that I used when i first started piracetam about a year and half ago], only 200mg of Alpha GPC (SInce if I take anymore than that I get an intense over stimulated feeling that is very uncomfortable) --- always leads to spaced out feeling with or without Alpha GPC. I've tried several different dosages of both racetams and different types of choline, then even without choline for several days the same thing happens.
This also applies to both oxiracetam (not so bad at 800mg) and noopept (the worse spaced out feeling at 10mg).
I use to NEVER have this issue when I first began taking piracetam at 800mg 2x daily, and it was without taking choline. (verbal fluency and clear thinking was off the charts!)
Does anyone know possibly what happens for all of it to stop working so amazingly well and create a thick layer of fog and spaced out feelings all the time?
I once even stopped for 3 MONTHS because of all that. I started up again and sadly same thing as always. I would greatly appreciate help or insight to what went wrong. If you need more information let me know.
I'm 6'2, 155lbs, eat a fairly healthy diet. I am hypoglycemic. I don't exercise that much, but I do serve at a busy restaurant if that helps.
