I started about one week ago on the following

Adrafinil 100mg twice a day

Noopept 12mg twice a day

Omega 3 Fish Oil 2400mg 3 times a day

Vinpocetine 10mg twice a day

Ginko Biloba 120mg once per day

Coline Bitarate 225mg twice per day

So far I am having some mild but noticeable benefits. My energy level seems slightly boosted, clarity and focus have been much easier to achieve on a daily basis and mild mood lift. I plan on adding to this ALCAR and Pramiracetam

I would bump up the adrafnil dose a bit..or at least the AM dose to at least 200-300 mg.  Although there is no direct conversion that I am aware of, it seems that 300 mg adrafinil is roughly equivalent to 75 mg modafinil.

Ok I will bump that up to 200 dose 1 and 100 dose 2

Yeah I would be surprised if you even felt 100mgs. Personally I need at least 3-400mgs to feel it. I also would have to dose it early in the AM or I'd have insomnia. So for me it would be 3-600mgs once in AM or I would get bad insomnia.

I would choose Piracetam over Pramiracetam. Are you new to nootropics.  Have you tried everything or are you just experimenting? For me at least Pramiracetam's effects were hit or miss. It is known to cause emotional blunting which is a side effect I received from it. Everyone is different though. It was something I could only use occasionally. Piracetam is more something you can take daily but best to cycle it. Using for say 2-3 weeks then a week or 2 off depending on dosing. Personally I use to use Piracetam for months and when I ran out take a few weeks off but that could have potentially caused me more harm than good.

I will bump it up to 300 for the day and see how that works. I have already ordered the pramiracetam and this is my first go around with the racetams. I will see how I react to it and if it doesn't work I will give piracetam or oxyracetam a shot. I'm always open to changing things up depending on how it works out for me. Hoping for the best but will be ready for a backup plan if it doesn't meet my expectations. Thanks for the feedback I will keep all of this in mind and probably make another order tomorrow to have some alternatives on hand.
