Hi everyone, i have had a vitrectomy on my left eye to treat tairs in my retina, probably caused during kickboxing. It has been two weeks since the surgery and the gas bubble is almost gone now. But my vision is terrible, looking trough my left eye objects seem a lot smaller and distorted, colors are a bit off, and i cant see much detail because the retina was loose and the macula too.

Is there anything i can do to make it better? Are there new better treatments out there somewhere? Anyone here had the same or related problems?

I think the best source of information on this is your ophthalmologist.  It will probably improve as time goes on, but I don't know how much.
