I don't plan on taking more than 1mg or 2mg/day, but is it still safe to take cough medicine, ephedrine with such low dose?

I don't want to get sick then not be able to take dextromethorphan or psuedophedrine. Is there anything else to avoid when taking low dose?

I want to try taking 1.25MG sublingually with an SSRI. I know it's officially contraindicated but doesn't selegiline at these doses only affect dopamine? Why would there be an interaction with an SSRI?
