Anyone been on this?
It's to stabilize my mood and help my concentration. I have symptoms of ptsd, bpd, adhd and personally i think pdd-nos(or hf autism).
Anyway I will be updating here about my progress to improve my mesolimbic system through exercise, meditation, nutrition while meds pave the way. I am also getting massage therapy.
I highly recommend vipassana (provided you ant at risk for schizophrenia).
My worst symptoms right now are short term memory loss and mood swings.
I have quit most caffeine and removed all sources of triggers in environment(ppl lol no didn't murder them).
So anyway looking for experiences..
