Hello everyone.
Like others I've heard of the dependency of Choline for *racetam family nootropics.
The problem is that everytime I take Choline with a racetam it promotes a headache.
However if I avoid it I don't get the headache.
I've tried Choline Bitartrate and also the rather expensive MindNutrition Alpha GPC Choline.
I'm not taking more than recommended dosages; Bitartrate: 500mg, and also tried like 200-300mg to down it a bit - or Alpha GPC 500mg and with that also tried less like 200mg.
Anyone with similar experience? I find it very weird since everywhere it says you will get a headache only if you are deficient in choline. I never really got a headache of racetam in general.
