As a participant in this forum, I've some ideas and theories that I haven't tested and it would be useful to get some instrumentation to perform some tests to observe real results about some aging theories I've seen in these years.

My question is where or how can I get some fundings (less than 2,000 USD) to get some devices and post here the results. If not money, it would be useful to get the instrumentation.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

KickStarter is to make some projects, I think it's not to get some fundings for research. In that case IndieGogo is more related with the thing I want. Kickstarter is when you've all the theory and you need money to put things into work. At the moment I'm looking for theories. I think it won't be allowed to ask for... 1,000 usd to buy a microscope in KickStarter. In KS maybe you want fundings for a new microscope that you've invented.

You have PHD, master degree or any connection with a university? (This could make things easier)

I suppose, that Jose_LER hasn't. However, if you live in Europe, you may write an european project and graduate for sponsoring your project from the EU.

This is very interesting, I live in South America but also have the Spanish citizenship, i lived in Spain before and work in research but in the private sector (sports sciences research). There is some link that fully explains what you mention here? Thank you.

No, I don't have any of the degrees you mentioned. I'm just technician.

Thanks for the link.

I'm searching for some kind of website where you post what you need (example: a microscope) and some people buy it for you.

I remember it was a website an old friend told to me. At the moment, that thing would be the most interesting. Then, in the case that we got some results, then I could ask to a more advance funding community.
