Basically only one study that this stuff (extract) increases telomeres.

http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/19673390

I found it in some secondary reference article. So far I only know of Astragalus, Milk Thistle and one special Ginseng to have components that activate telomerase, everything else seems to be unclear/indirect.

I have received 200g of a 5:1 extract. It's an excellent spice, slightly staining but water soluble. Price was about $90 and I guess it will last me more than a year, I still need to figure out the ideal dosing but guess less than 300mg doesn't do much.
