Having a quick look in Alibaba I found suppliers for bulk purchases (at usable amounts for one person) for just 1/10 of regular prices in on line shops. The main issue of course is the quality of the product, is anyone here experienced in buying bulk from Alibaba that can give advice for some future purchases? I am only interested for bulk CDP choline right now, but anyone chime in for common nootropics wanted in bulk, possible suppliers and advice to get best value from purchasing in bulk.

 

This is my first time looking for bulk nootropics in Alibaba and my only advice is to search with CAS # to get more results.

 

I also found a few advice online that make sense.

 

1-Check your supplier company information (address, telephone, emails, web page,workers, history, some important customers they may have, experience, certificates and homologations)

2-GOLD Member in Alibaba is also a good filter to choose your supplier.

3-Ask about if they have some customers in your country, and if you could contact them to get some feedback and references.

4-Ask for sample before making the order, and also if possible, sample when the production is finished, this way, if there is any problem during production, you still have time to fix it, before the shipping.

5-Paynment terms - LC, or deposit and the rest against copy of BL. Check it carefully with your bank

6-Normally, serious companies, their company email never end in hotmail or yahoo, always end with their company name like sale@****.com or sale@kailirazor.com

It is a good way to buy bulk nootropics on Alibaba.com

 

The golden-suppliers have to pay several thousand US dollars member fees to get the right to sell on its B2B platform, and in addition, Alibaba will verify the office or factory of the suppliers on spot. So it is more reliable to buy from Alibaba than other free B2B.

 

You may notice that the type of suppliers are listed as manufacturer or trading company, or both.

If shown as trading company, meaning that they are not factory, only trade.

For manufacturer type, they may have a factory or lab, but doesn't necessarily mean that they produce nootropics, they may manufacture some herbal extracts.

 

Nootropics is a small niche market, no professional nootropic manufacturers in China at present, and you may find those selling nootropics on Alibaba are not the real manufacturers of nootropics, but buy from other Chinese suppliers, and sell to the US and Europe.

 

However, if you are first to buy from Alibaba, you make choose by trade assurance, golden suppliers,onsite check, and also the member years.

I've had issues with suppliers responding. And sometimes once shipping is included, the price of a sample is expensive. And, too many of the things they have are sold at the minimum by the kilo, a quantity i'm not looking for nor can I afford.

That's the problem.

 

Alibaba is a B2B platform, not B2C or C2C like Ebay or Amazon.

 

Small quantity in gram quantity may not be available.

In addition, international freight cost from China to United States is more or less like this:

below 500g USD35

Below 1kg  USD50 to USD60

For quantity above 25kg, the unit price/kg will down to USD10/KG

The above price is by courier like Fedex or DHL.

 

If for small samples or 1kg, 2kilos, the freight is high compared to bulk quantity over 25kgs.

I'm quite sure postage from china to usa is not that high on small amounts. I've bought lots of things off ebay from china and the cost of the item is sometimes less than it would cost me to send to another state in usa. They paid for the item, paid ebay fees, paid postage and made a profit out of a couple bucks or so. I bought one item that weighed over a pound and it cost $23, the equivilant usa made item was around $90. EMS is expensive but china post is cheap.

 

I'm very suspicious of china made drugs. Many things sold here are made there but the big companies can afford to do testing whereas we may not be able to. Its a crapshoot unless you deal with a well known company with a good rep.

The topic seems old,but I think the subject will never gone grey because there are always people who would care about.Here is the fact,most nootropics are actually manufactured from China,you know it is a source country.It is far more cheaper than manufactured in western countries not even to mention the pollution problems along with the production.Alibaba or Made in China are two main platform for international trade,and with the rapid development of international e-commerce,MOQ on alibaba get to more and more small now,some vendors also accept 100grams sample order.And fedex ship cost takes just $30 if quantity under 0.5kg.So the high value of nootropics you buy the more cost efficiency.You just need to find one reliable supplier who can prepare well everything for you.Hope it helps.
