i just tried to make a poll tell me if it works lol

 

I only tried it twice recently, both days it made me angry. First day was about 1 gram of extract, maybe more. Today it was 500 mg extract.
It's liquid extract

 

so I didn't vote yet since it's only day 2.

Are you sure it made you angry? No doubt I've had weird initial reactions to many sups only to have them mellow out with continual usage. I've never experienced any anger from it, it doesn't have that "yang" quality that might make one's temper flare up, and traditionally is said to be a "Shen" tonic, meaning it helps to promote a clear and calm mind.

No, on the contrary, it almost raises my mood, a pick-me-up effect. I just asked my boyfriend as he takes it too and he agrees with me.
