OMG just get some Magnesium malate that will stop the dizziness. The high intake of oil has interfered with insulin sensitivity. Without adequate B vitamins and Zinc you will has a crash in blood pressure and wakefulness. Don't worry about the heart beating stronger that your metabolism rising. Just get some sea salt and steer clear of wheat Re: Grain Brain.
If you want to rebuild the inner ear get some PC. Ignore the hate some can't help themselves.
