Hi

Whats the best nootropic for memory that is safe and easy to buy? I used Noopept and it gave me short memory imparement but long term memory was  improved, also i used huperzine a and i dont remember if it worked good    but i could remember my dreams in detail. Effects were good overall but im looking for noop that works best at improving both short and long term memory

Try coluracetam?  It is a choline-reuptake inhibitor, some say it improves both short and long-term memory. Also Alpha-GPC, ALCAR, ALA, DMAE, phosphatidylserine, uridine, b-complex. Many studies support using bacopa over a long period of time. Dual N-Back training helps short term memory.
