I know its not the strongest or the best one out there, but it is soy, citrus, nut, and dairy free which is hard to find. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Major concerns are highlighted in red. Minor concerns are highlight in green. Is it safe take this twice a day?

The vitamin A is an overdose at just 1/day. The folic acid, copper, and manganese are bad ideas too. The biotin bothers me, but if you find something where that's the only problem I wouldn't argue it. The iodine is not a problem, and the chromium probably isn't either. A lot of chromium is lost in sweat while exercising.

Hey thanks Krillin, didn't even realize the vitamin A in that amount would be considered high. Remembered someone who worked at the nutrition store telling me I could take up to 15,000iu no problem as long as it was beta carotene, and that up to 7,500iu was fine in the acetate from. However according to this article and what your saying it looks like I'd better get off the Spirulina i've been taking as well. It makes sense about the others too however still thought i'd get a second opinion. Thanks again.
