ScienceAlert is reliable source. And I believe this might be true, like 10 years ago there was already news about this. That in the near future, for example, schizophrenics would all get personalized medicine.. Though, I think it may take another 10-20 years maybe even more before this method is going into practice, at least for disorders where they even don't know yet what's actually wrong in the brain.
