Please share your experience with long haul flights and how to avoid jet lag!
What about the EMF's??

Ambien.  Just don't drive while on it.  (Speaking from experience there...)  Try to get out in the sunshine in the morning after you land.  Flying west is a lot easier than flying east.

Melatonin when it's time to sleep (after you land) it's not so helpful when flying.
