Hi all,
i ordered for the first time a multi, after reading that high doses are dangerous because over some time they do toxic things.
So i found a multi containing only vitamin b's, and each vitamin bx is dosed at 100% rda (vitamin b6 2mg 143% rda)
So today i remembered, that in my zma is also Vitamin B6.
So i get 11mg pyrodoxine-hcl, which is 525 % rda form the zma. Some time ago i read that if you take a large amount of zinc you need more vitamin b6, so that should be the reason, why there is so much inside. And btw zma is used for a long time without people getting problems with to much vitamin b6, right?
What do you think, is it to much? - 13mg 668% rda? Is the vitamin b6 in the zma already to much? What could be the otimal dose of vitamin b6?
If its too much, what could i do now with the already paid supps, like cycling, or is there a possibility of altering the bioavailability of vitamin b6, like taking with fat?
