It is one of the few companies that makes a vitamin K item that is made with K1, MK-4 and MK7, and doesn't have a crazy high dosage, and isn't really expensive.

Here are the vitamins I've seen that have K1 and both K2.

Considering the LEF and Futurebiotics products, LEF has four times the MK7, and is in an oil-based softgel formulation, while Futurebiotics is dry.  This will probably double the bioavailability of the LEF product, so it's like 8 times the MK7 for only a bit more per pill.  If you wait about ten seconds, Swanson will have a sale, and you can save a few bucks that way.  I wish I would have loaded up on the LEF Super K during the last big sale, because I don't have any K at the moment.  I've been using LEF Super K for a while now.  The second link is more expensive, has less MK7, although more MK4, and a little bit of other things.  I prefer LEF, of the three.

The doses are much more intense in the first supplements, too.

My recent order includes the LEF type.  Should I take one every other day?  The dosage is pretty high so I didn't know if you should do it as commonly.
