I am a 19 year old male with high blood pressure or hypertension. I take Irbesartan (info here: http://www.drugs.com...irbesartan.html), and one of the primary pharmacological effects that regulates my blood pressure is vasodilation.

I have recently ordered 500 g of Piracetam and 50 g of Alpha GPC (choline supplement). Piracetam is also a vasodilator.

I seriously doubt that taking all three will result in an excess of vasodilation, but I cannot find any studies online that address this.

I am currently taking the irbesartan daily, and when I get the two nootropics, I will continue to use it. I will record how the nootropics affect me.

It is even difficult to find a level of vasodilation that is considered to be excessive, as it depends on the severity of the hypertension. My pressure maxes at 150 over 90 when not on Irbesartan.

Nevertheless, there are potential side effects to vasodilation that can be found on the website above. I currently do not experience any of those on irbesartan. If I begin to experience one or more of them after beginning to take the nootropic stack, I will report it.

I also happen to have athletic's heart syndrome and genetic heart disease risk, so the effects I feel might be associated with this as well.

Anything I should know about this? Perhaps that it's not worth observing due to the absence of intensity of vasodilation? Perhaps I'm actually making myself less prone to cardiovascular disease risk?

It's genetic. I'm 6'3" right now and I weigh 190 lb, so it's not exactly weight issues. However, I lost a drastic amount of weight between the age of 16 and 18.

I maxed out when I was 16 at 250 lb at 6'1". I then decided I didn't want to be fat, started controlling my eating, and started lifting weights. I lost 30 pounds like that within 4 months. I stayed at that weight level for 3 months, and I then switched from a focus on lifting to a combination of lifting and running. Like this, I lost another 30 lbs within 5 months.

At first, my family and physician thought my high blood pressure was due to my weight. But when I reached 190 lbs at 6'3" when I was about to turn 18, I have maintained that ever since. My birthday is in march, so I am essentially one and a half years healthy in that regard.

All males on my dad's side of the family have high blood pressure.

Otherwise, I have a history with alcohol, thc, adderall, methylphenidate, mdma, cocaine, opiates, psychedelics (25i, 25c, and 2ci worth mentioning), dxm, and most recently, tobacco. I have never experienced withdrawal from any of these substances, as I have not done them in a regular manner, except for tobacco.

I have only been smoking cigs for 4 months. My blood pressure actually shows better scores since I've started smoking, as counterintuitive as that seems.
